The Milton Barber Shop is a small, cozy shop in the heart of East Milton, owned and run by Jennifer Kent. Jennifer describes her team as family — and some of them really are. It's the kind of place where the conversation is as good as the cut, and where regulars have been sitting in the same chairs for years.
Everyone's welcome here. Men, women, kids with cowlicks that have defeated every other barber — this team has seen it all and cut it all. Plenty of clients found the shop after a friend insisted, and never went anywhere else again.
In 2022, the Milton Times featured Jennifer in its "Local Business Heroes" series for the way she looked after her staff and clients through the pandemic — closing a week before the state required it, and keeping the whole team connected daily until it was safe to reopen.
